Notice to Site Owner / Legal Counsel: This document outlines data handling practices for Jaabo and Planetdreams Technologies. Customize and verify all clauses with qualified legal counsel prior to formal publication.

1. Information We Collect

Jaabo ("Platform") is developed and operated by Planetdreams Technologies ("Company"). When you use Jaabo products (including Jaabo CRM, Jaabo WEB, Jaabo Fleet, Jaabo Support, and Jaabo AI), we may collect information in the following categories:

  • Account Information: Name, work email address, company name, phone number, and account credentials.
  • Traveler PII Data: Names, passport numbers, birth dates, dietary requirements, emergency contacts, and flight schedules entered by DMCs or tour operators for booking fulfillment.
  • System Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and audit logs of platform actions.

2. How We Use Data

We use collected information solely to provide, secure, and maintain Jaabo platform services:

  • To generate hotel vouchers, ferry tickets, driver manifests, and traveler itineraries.
  • To facilitate automated communications via WhatsApp or email on behalf of subscribed DMCs.
  • To process billing, prevent fraudulent access, and maintain system audit logs.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We implement enterprise security controls to protect sensitive traveler and business data:

  • Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data (including traveler passport details and financial records) is encrypted using AES-256 standards.
  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between clients and Jaabo servers is protected via TLS 1.3 encryption.
  • Access Scoping: Mandatory two-factor authentication (2FA) options and role-based permissions prevent unauthorized internal access.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell traveler PII or business data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers (such as Cloudflare, WhatsApp API gateways, or transactional email services) strictly to execute user-requested platform operations.
