Notice to Site Owner / Legal Counsel: This document outlines terms governing subscriber access to Jaabo software. Customize all clauses with qualified legal counsel prior to formal commercial execution.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the Jaabo platform ("Service"), operated by Planetdreams Technologies ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a Destination Management Company (DMC), tour operator, or business entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Jaabo provides cloud-based operational software for travel businesses, including Jaabo CRM, Jaabo WEB, Jaabo Fleet, Jaabo Support, and Jaabo AI modules. The Company grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service in accordance with their subscription tier.

3. Account Responsibilities & Security

Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user credentials and for all activities occurring under their accounts. Subscriber organizations must enforce appropriate role-based permission settings for internal staff, reservation agents, and field staff.

4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Jaabo software, user interface, brand assets, and platform architecture belong exclusively to Planetdreams Technologies. All booking data, customer rosters, tariff cards, and operational records entered into the Service remain the exclusive property of the subscriber.
